Every year, the Chip Strip kicks off the Mardi Gras party at the Croc Bar with Lee Ron Zydeco playing the traditional music of Fat Tuesday in New Orleans. The Croc Bar's celebration continues through the night with service by the hottest bartenders at one of the biggest Fat Tuesday parties downtown.
